How do I delete my AA Smart Account?

Depending on how your AA Smart Account was created, the deletion method may differ. Please read the following carefully before proceeding.

Scenario 1: AA Smart Account created under a standard wallet

If you no longer wish to use an AA Smart Account that was created under a standard wallet, you can delete the AA Smart Account individually. Steps:

1. Open your OKX app, select Wallet > select your wallet name > Manage > Edit wallet

Select ▼ to manage an AA Smart Account

Select Manage > Edit Wallet to delete your AA Smart Account

2. Select remove to delete your AA Smart Account

Select ➖ to remove your AA Smart Account

3. Select Confirm to complete the action.

Scenario 2: AA Smart Account created under a seed phrase wallet

If your AA Smart Account is created under a seed phrase wallet (for example, Wallet A – Smart 02), individual AA Smart Accounts cannot be deleted separately. You can only delete the entire seed phrase wallet. Note: Before deleting the wallet, make sure you have backed up the seed phrase. If the seed phrase is not backed up, deleting the wallet will result in permanent asset loss, which cannot be recovered.
