To improve our user experience, we support untradable asset withdrawals. (Please note that there is no collaboration of any kind between us and any service provider for untradable assets that we haven't supported. We shall not be responsible for any issue that may arise in relation to your untradable assets, and you should carefully manage such assets to avoid any losses.)

If you accidentally deposit crypto that we don't support to your account, you can't use or trade these assets in our platform. However, you can now withdraw the assets by yourself hassle-free.

Here's how to do it:

  2. Find Untradable assets and select the crypto that you want to withdraw
Note: You can only withdraw the untradable cryptos that we support for withdrawal.

  3. Enter your withdrawal address and your desired withdrawal amount in the Address/Domain and Withdrawal Amount fields

Key info of untradable assets

1. How to avoid depositing untradable assets to OKX?

We support over 300 cryptocurrencies, and still, there are some cryptos not supported by us. If you're unsure if your desired crypto is supported by us, here are some options that you can try:

If your desired crypto and network are unavailable on the deposit page, you can try to deposit other cryptos.

2. Which untradable assets support self-withdrawal?

Here are the untradable assets that support self-withdrawal:

  • Crypto that has been or will be delisted from our platform.

  • Airdrop crypto.

  • Some crypto and networks that we don't support.

Note: not all unsupported tokens are eligible for self-service withdrawal. More cryptos will be added to the untradable assets self-withdrawal feature. For more details, you can reach out to our customer support.

3. Why is there no valuation after a token is delisted?

Once a token is delisted, it can no longer be traded on the platform, so its valuation will not be displayed. If you hold a delisted token, your total asset valuation will decrease accordingly. These tokens will later be categorized under Untradable Assets. You can use the withdrawal function for untradable assets (as mentioned earlier) to transfer them to another platform that supports the token.

4. What should I do if untradable assets cannot be withdrawn?

If you see untradable assets in your account but the withdrawal button is unavailable or greyed out, it may be because the asset is an unsupported token or the withdrawal channel has not been enabled yet. In this case, please submit the feedback form.
