What should I do if I accidentally deposit crypto that OKX doesn't support?
To improve our user experience, we support untradable asset withdrawals. (Please note that there is no collaboration of any kind between us and any service provider for untradable assets that we haven't supported. Key info of untradable assets
1. How to avoid depositing untradable assets to OKX?
We support over 300 cryptocurrencies, and still, there are some cryptos not supported by us. If you're unsure if your desired crypto is supported by us, here are some options that you can try:
Contact our customer support via OKX Help.
Read this article: What are untradable assets?.
Check on your Deposit page and search for your desired crypto and network.
If your desired crypto and network are unavailable on the deposit page, you can try to deposit other cryptos.
2. Which untradable assets support self-withdrawal?
Here are the untradable assets that support self-withdrawal:
Crypto that has been or will be delisted from our platform.
Airdrop crypto.
Some crypto and networks that we don't support.
Note: not all unsupported tokens are eligible for self-service withdrawal. More cryptos will be added to the untradable assets self-withdrawal feature. For more details, you can reach out to our customer support.
3. Why is there no valuation after a token is delisted?
Once a token is delisted, it can no longer be traded on the platform, so its valuation will not be displayed. If you hold a delisted token, your total asset valuation will decrease accordingly. These tokens will later be categorized under Untradable Assets. You can use the withdrawal function for untradable assets (as mentioned earlier) to transfer them to another platform that supports the token.
4. What should I do if untradable assets cannot be withdrawn?
If you see untradable assets in your account but the withdrawal button is unavailable or greyed out, it may be because the asset is an unsupported token or the withdrawal channel has not been enabled yet. In this case, please submit the feedback form.
