How do I change my login password?
Quick access to change password:
App
Open the OKX App Home, tap the personal icon in the top left corner, go to [Profile & Settings] - [Security Settings] - [Login Password]. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your old and new passwords, complete the authentication, and then tap [Confirm].
Note:
If you don't have the old password, you need to set a passkey, and you can directly change the password using facial or fingerprint recognition;
You can also log out and reset your password by clicking [Forgot Password] on the login page.
Web
Open the official website and click on your profile icon in the upper right corner. Go to [Security Center], then under security settings, select [Login Password] - [Change Password]. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your old and new passwords, complete the authentication, and then click [Confirm].
Note:
If you don't have the old password, you need to set a passkey, and you can directly change the password using facial or fingerprint recognition;
You can also log out and reset your password by clicking [Forgot Password] on the login page.
Forgot login password (not logged in):
If you forget your login password, please click [Forgot Password] on the login page and follow the prompts to authenticate your security information and reset your login password. The password can be set to 8-32 characters, including letters and symbols (case sensitive). It is recommended that you remember your password.
Notes:
For the security of your assets, modifying or resetting your login password will trigger a 24-hour withdrawal restriction and a peer-to-peer selling restriction. We recommend you proceed with caution.

① Issue with frequency limits
Please confirm if your actions are too frequent, and try again later.
② The phone did not receive the verification code
Check your phone signal and whether it has been intercepted, etc.
③ The page is lagging and you can't click Next
There may be network delays or other issues. You can refresh the page or try again later.
