Though, like HL reducing reliance on HLP, at a point the protocol becomes mature enough such that the marginal improvement to security from new ebUSD in the SP isn't worth the opportunity cost of 75% of protocol revenue, which could be directed to higher ROI growth initiatives.
@EbisuBudi is actively building a JIT liquidation solution for Ebisu (and other @LiquityProtocol v2 style Troves), which will enable us to free up some incentives!
